Who is Hear 4U?

Hear 4U Ltd is owned and operated by me, Lisa Greene. I’m an audiologist with over 25 years of clinical experience in New Zealand, having worked in the public hospital setting, school settings (Senior Audiologist at Kelston Deaf Education Centre), and private practice.

Over the years, I’ve seen how challenging it can be for some people to travel to an audiology clinic — and how much effort families and caregivers put into helping their loved ones get the hearing support they need.

Many clinic visits are for hearing‑aid maintenance or to purchase consumables. Hearing aids are small and fiddly, and keeping them clean or replacing parts can be difficult. I established Hear 4U to ease this burden by bringing audiology care directly to you at home, making hearing‑aid support simpler, more accessible, and far less stressful for everyone involved.

How Hear 4U Works

Accessing Hear 4U Services

You’re welcome to contact me directly to arrange a home visit whenever you need support. You can book casual appointments, or choose one of my two care‑package options for regular, ongoing hearing‑aid support.

Care Package Options

My care packages are designed to give flexibility. You can change your level at any time as your needs evolve. Each visit includes whatever services you require at the time — from hearing‑aid cleaning, troubleshooting, and stocking up on consumables, to hearing assessments, earwax removal, fitting hearing aids and accessories, or general audiology support.

Silver Package: Up to 16 visits per year: $75 per month

Bronze Package: Up to 9 visits per year: $45 per month

Complimentary Care with New Hearing Aids

When you purchase new hearing aids through Hear 4U, you’ll receive 12 months of Bronze‑level care at no cost, starting from the date of your fitting.
